About Access Wellbeing Services (AWS)
Access Wellbeing Services (AWS) is a social entrepreneurial division of Centrecare Incorporated. AWS delivers Employee Assistance Programs and wellbeing services to a large range of organisations across Western Australia. Our services include psychological counselling, critical incident response, mediation, manager support services, clinical supervision, coaching, training, and a range of HR consulting services.
The Role
AWS is currently recruiting a Clinical Supervisor to join our existing team to provide specialist clinical practice support to support clinicians to enhance, sustain and develop high-quality care through guided professional growth. This role provides both group and individual clinical supervision and assists with quality assurance processes to ensure best-practice service delivery.
Drawing on a range of evidence-based theories and tools, and supporting Centrecare's established Therapeutic Framework, you will work with clients to create a supportive environment for both professional and personal growth. In this role, you will ensure program integrity, consistency, and high-quality outcomes are maintained across AWS counselling and outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical individual and group supervision to Centrecare staff and AWS external clients.
- Support managers by identifying and implementing professional development needs for supervisees.
- Deliver internal critical incident debriefings and escalate any practice or reputational risks.
- Maintain best‑practice knowledge and uphold Centrecare’s values in all aspects of clinical practice.
- Work collaboratively with the Clinical Services Manager/Business Executive to ensure high‑quality, values‑aligned service delivery.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or related Social Sciences.
- Hold registration with an accredited professional body (AHPRA, AASW, ACA, and/or PACFA)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience providing direct clinical supervision.
- Experience within a social service or human services environment.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision, including reflective practice models.
- Understanding of best‑practice therapeutic frameworks and trauma-informed care.
- Current WWCC and WA Driver’s License.
- National Police Clearance
