Access Wellbeing Services (AWS) is a separate division of Centrecare Incorporated which delivers Employee Assistance Programs and other wellbeing services to the highest standard. The Role

First point of contact role for all clients and enquiries within the branch, this busy and fast-paced environment requires handling multiple queries and follow procedures for multiple services offered, including:

  • Manage multiple calendars for appointment bookings.
  • Answer calls promptly and in a courteous manner.
  • Attend to general enquiries and provide assistance, including referring to other branches or agencies.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a small administrative team.

About You

  • Cert II or Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar client services / reception /medical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite, data entry skills and ability to learn internal booking and records systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to be part of a team, contributing towards culturally responsive, quality service delivery and positive client outcomes.
  • Current National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
