Centrecare is a not-for-profit organisation with over 300 employees and is committed to delivering quality professional counselling, support, accommodation, mediation, and training services: in over 11 locations across the Perth Metro, Goldfields and Bunbury region.
The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday. This role is responsible for overseeing, guiding, and supporting service delivery at Centrecare’s Midland and Bunbury offices.
Reporting directly to the Executive Manager, the Program Manager is a key member of our Senior Management Team. The role provides leadership and oversight to a multidisciplinary team including Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners, Counsellors, and Child Consultants operating within the Midland Family Relationship Centre (FRC) and the Bunbury office.
We are looking for a strong leader and communicator with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively toward strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a solution-focused approach, and be passionate about supporting, mentoring, and developing staff.
The Program Manager will provide supervision and support to staff, conduct performance reviews, and monitor service delivery through regular audits and reporting. The role ensures that all team members operate within Centrecare’s policies, procedures, and Therapeutic Framework, while contributing to broader agency leadership and continuous improvement. It also involves promoting the service within the community and representing Centrecare at relevant forums and interagency meetings.
