Centrecare is a not-for-profit organisation with over 300 employees and is committed to delivering quality professional counselling, support, accommodation, mediation and training services in over 11 locations across the Perth metropolitan, Goldfields and South West regions.
Location Flexibility
While preference will be given to candidates living full time in Kalgoorlie, we are open to discussing a FIFO arrangement for suitable candidates based in Perth. FIFO travel to Kalgoorlie would occur every 4–6 weeks as required. Please note that salary packaging and conditions will differ for FIFO arrangements.
About the Families First Program
This is a new exciting opportunity to join Centrecare’s Families First Program on a full-time, 12-month max-term contract based in Kalgoorlie. This program provides culturally appropriate, child-centred early intervention services that strengthen protective factors and promote behavioural change in children, young people and their families.
There is an outreach component to this role where you will deliver support in settings where families feel most comfortable—homes, schools, community hubs and more.
