Centrecare is a not-for-profit organisation with over 300 employees and is committed to delivering quality professional counselling, support, accommodation, mediation and training services in over 11 locations across the Perth metropolitan, Goldfields and South West regions.
The Role
Centrecare have a new and exciting opportunity for 2 experienced and compassionate Children’s Counsellors to join our Specialised Family Domestic Violence (SFDV) programs, supporting children and young people impacted by family and domestic violence.
The service delivers short-term, strength-based responses including safety planning, goal-directed counselling, and support for healing. You'll work alongside a dedicated team in either our Perth or Cannington branch to help clients process trauma, build resilience, and restore safe family functioning.
These are part-time, 12-month maximum term contracts to focus on providing trauma-informed interventions to children and young people who have been affected by family and domestic violence.
