About Access Wellbeing Services (AWS)
Access Wellbeing Services (AWS) is a social entrepreneurial division of Centrecare Incorporated. Access Wellbeing Services (AWS) delivers Employee Assistance Programs and other wellbeing services to the highest standard, to a large range of organisations throughout Western Australia. Our services include psychological counselling; critical incident response; mediation; manager support services; training; coaching and a range of HR consulting services.
The role
Access Wellbeing Services (AWS) is currently recruiting an EAP Counsellor to provide a wide range of short-term counselling and psychological services to support individual wellbeing. Services are delivered face-to-face, online or via telephone and include counselling, coaching, critical incident management, conflict management, psychological assessments, and training services to individual employees and to workplaces.
