Client Services Officer

Our state of the art Midland office is looking for a Full Time Client Services Officer to join their busy team on a full-time 12 month maternity cover contract. 

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for all clients and enquiries, and will attend to the general administration duties of the branch.

What you need to know

  • You will be working in a busy office which holds several of our programs and services. 
  • Managing multiple calendars for appointment bookings.
  • Answering the phone and directing calls for all services.  
  • Some of our clients are experience domestic violence or homelessness so you need to be compassionate but professional.
  • Assist clients that walk through the door for appointments or enquiries in a friendly, professional manner.

You

  • Experience in a client services environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of all general Microsoft programs and a willingness to learn our own internal booking and records systems.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Availability to work Monday – Friday
  • Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and work autonomously.
