Alliance Manager

As part of our Senior Management Team reporting to the Executive Manager you will be managing the Stronger Together Intensive Family Services and Family Support Network programs based in our Midland office and overseeing the Bunbury office.

 

We are interested in a strong leader and communicator with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with Senior Management on long term goals. Someone that can support, mentor, and provide staff with a solution focused approach.

 

Leading a team of experienced Team Leaders, Case Coordinators and Case Workers you will:

 

  • Be responsible and accountable for the overall performance, reputation and partnerships established through the Family Support Network, the workforce development and management of the team.
  • Building on existing relationships with complimentary service providers, and establishing new interagency agreements, to ensure families receive integrated, holistic support through the EIFS services.
  • Further develop the Midland/Perth Family Support Network, so that it remains responsive and culturally appropriate to the needs of at-risk families, with a focus on Aboriginal families, in the community.
  • Ability to travel to the Southwest region as required to Manage our Bunbury office.
