Centrecare is a not-for-profit organisation with just over 300 employees and is committed to delivering quality professional counselling, support, accommodation, mediation and training services; in over 11 locations across the Perth Metro, Goldfields and Bunbury region.
The Program Manager position provides an exciting opportunity to coordinate, manage and oversee the operational day to day running of a suite of services from our Gosnells branch. This full time role is accountable for the overall performance, reputation, and development of Centrecare's activities and workforce for the office.
Based at our Gosnells branch, this position is part of our Senior Management Team, reporting to the Executive Manager. It is one of two Program Manager roles at the branch, providing management and guidance to a diverse team of staff working across adult reintegration and homelessness services, supporting families, children, young people, and adults.
