The Role

Client Services Officer will support the Entrypoint Perth service; a team of skilled professionals who assist families and individuals experiencing and at-risk of homelessness. This role will encompass reception and client liaison duties and provide administrative and data filing management support to the Entrypoint Team based in Gosnells. To be successful in this role you must have strong administrative and organisational skills to provide a positive impact to the team.

A few specifics:

  • Log online enquiries and voicemails into shared log, ensuring accuracy of information put onto database and log.
  • Complete referrals and liaise with accommodation and service providers.
  • Provide brief information to telephone enquiries of the services to the agency, or information on other matters.
  • Ability to take minutes for team meetings with speed and accuracy 60 wpm.
  • Maintain the data and filing requirements of the agency

About You

  • Minimum Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar work environment or setting.
  • Excellent computer skills to include data entry, file management and databases.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with clients, staff and people within the community, demonstrating the ability to work across diverse cultures.
  • Ability to take minutes with speed and accuracy (60 wpm), proof documents, develop forms.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • National Police Certificate (validity within 12 months).
  • WA Drivers Licence.
